Vouchers can be redeemed within 18 months of the issue date. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay out any potential remaining balance in cash, but the remaining balance will be stored on your customer account. Unfortunately, it is not possible to subsequently apply a voucher to an order that has already been placed, or to combine several vouchers.
