Delivery Information:

You can choose from three delivery options per purchase:

Ticket Direct
This option is only available if you have no other shopping items in your basket.

Postal Delivery
Ticket delivery by post is already included in your general booking fee of € 1.50.

There are additional delivery costs for other items:
Domestic EUR 3.00 (Posters EUR 6.00)
International EUR 8.00 (Posters EUR 16.00)

Shopping items will be delivered separately from the tickets via DHL.
If you have tickets for performances within the next 10 days (or 14 days for international bookings) then delivery is not possible, and the option will no longer be open to you. However, if you would like the other shopping items in your basket to be delivered, then please place a separate order.

Ticket Collection
You can collect your tickets from the box office at Martstallplatz 5 or at the respective evening box office.
You can collect shopping items from the Opera Shop by the box office in Martstallplatz 5 or in the National Theatre Opera Shop, next to the cloakroom by the stalls.
The opening times are:
Box office and Opera Shop at the Martstallplatz: Monday to Saturday 10am – 7pm.
Evening box office: one hour before the performance
Opera Shop at the National Theatre: one before the performance and in the intervals

If using a credit card, you'll need to take the card you used to book the tickets to the collection point.
